TagCO's support website is an extension of their main website on a separate subdomain. Running on the same backend infrastructure, the ticketing system integrates smoothly with the main login system (email & password, Google) as well as being able to fetch products and orders to link to tickets. The website has a dashboard displaying all tickets, a categories page with all possible ticket categories, a new ticket page with a form for the information, and the ticket page displaying the ticket details and responses. For staff, there is a staff panel displaying all tickets, and actions are available to staff on individual ticket pages. The ticketing system uses a backend that registers actions as responses or actions (joins, closes, holds), and is able to be scaled to hundreds of simultaneous processes.
